Force of Nature Crashes at Elvington
Following the sucess of breaking the world speed record for a Steam powered vehicle Phil Wood riding The Force of Nature on the Friday the following day, struggled with the bike in the braking area and took a tumble trying to stop. Phil suffered crush injuries to his legs and body as the bike landed on him as it barrel rolled to a stop and has also badly broken his right hand. Phil is ok and recovering well. The bike is in a poor way but we can rebuild the bike and we will be back quicker faster and stronger.
This is a blow for the team but we will rebuild the bike as and when we can afford . Its going to be a busy winter!!
